We have all kinds of roles within the Manufacturing, Engineering and Hospitality Industries. Check out our live jobs page!

We find candidates to suit permanent and temporary vacancies for reputable businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk. For all our candidates we undertake ID and right to work checks in accordance with current legislation. Think of us at the middleman – creating the perfect job match.

Of course! Just give us a call or send an email before you come in, so we can make sure the right person is here to speak to you. We are based on the outskirts of Norwich, in a village called Attlebridge. We are on limited public transport routes.

Using an agency means you can have specialist advice in your chosen sector and find opportunities that you may not come across on your own. We work with multiple organisations who recruit for many different vacancies, and we have a large database of candidates with all levels of expertise.

Our candidates who are looking for a job through us do not pay a fee.

It is still worth signing up with us if you are eager to work in the Engineering, Manufacturing or Hospitality industries. We have a consistent stream of new vacancies so there will be something that comes up for you in no time!

Contract lengths with our clients cover a range of timescales. For temporary work it can be from 1 day to several weeks, to indefinitely. We offer temp to perm contracts, which are 12 weeks employed by us, before going permanent with the organisation you have been working for. Think of it as a probation period. For permanent roles you are employed directly by the employer, like any other permanent job you see advertised.

If you are unhappy with your placement, please let us know and we will try to provide a solution to any issues you may have. If you wish to explore other opportunities, we can assist you with this. We will have a choice of multiple vacancies and employers to suit you which we can discuss.
Yes please! We need an updated CV so we can show your full work experiences to a potential employer. If you need assistance with this, just ask one of our specialists and they will be happy to help.
If you have gaps in your CV, it’s best to let us know what you were doing during these gaps and show them on your CV. That way we can get an accurate overview of your working history.

All temporary staff who are paid by us earn a minimum of 12.07% holiday on every hour worked. You can take this continuously alongside your wages each week, or let it build up and use it later. It’s up to you!

If you’re looking for temporary work and we have roles readily available for you, then you can start immediately! Just fill out our short onboarding forms and you’re good to go! If we are finding you a permanent role then we will aim to get the ball rolling on the application process as soon as possible. Our clients typically have a quick turnaround with interviews and feedback which helps speed the process up.
Not a problem! Send over an email to one of our team as soon as possible and we will update it all on our system. Please let us know any changes to your personal details, even if they are minor, as we need to have accurate information on file.
We can confirm the place and dates of employment. This is a standard reference offered out by many employers.
We offer rebate periods that are stated in the Terms of Business you sign before we work with you. We can talk you through this if you would like us to explain the terms and conditions.
Before we find candidates for your role, we’ll need to have a job specification from you, so we know the full details of the position. This includes expected start date, the contract length, pay rates including enhancements, shift times and working patterns, and any essential criteria or training and qualifications the candidate will need to have. All these details help us find you the perfect staffing solution.

We carry out an initial assessment of any CVs that applicants send into us. If we think any CVs match your requirements, we speak directly to the candidate to gather more information to indicate whether they would be suitable for your role. We arrange the formal interviews with you and the candidate.

We will advertise your role on our website and any job boards we think are appropriate. We may rewrite your job advertisement or specification, removing any identifiable information and adding details we think may attract candidates. You can choose what is/isn’t included in the ad.

If you are new to recruitment, we can work with you to write a job description from scratch. We just need a few details about your business and the role you are hiring for.

If you’re using our temporary staff or have employees on a temp to perm contract, then we pay the salary, holiday pay, and account for any deductions. We invoice you on a weekly basis for the hours all candidates work. If you take a candidate on as permanent, then they are processed on your payroll.
For permanent staff, you don’t pay us a penny until we find the right candidate for your role. We invoice you on a weekly basis for our temporary staff.
You will have a dedicated recruitment specialist who will get to know you and your business requirements. They will be your point of contact for anything during your hiring process.
