Technique Recruitment Solutions are working on behalf of a leading specialist manufacturing client, who are currently recruiting for a fulltime experienced Accounts administrator Accounts administrator – Cromer, North Norfolk based.

Working hours are 8am-5pm with hour lunch

25 days holiday + bank holidays.

Salary circ £20000-£24000 per annum based on experience.

The role and responsibilities:

• Processing of all daily and weekly payments and invoices, completing administrative tasks and liaising with suppliers when required
• Assisting in the effective completion of the department’s administrative tasks and daily accounting procedures
• Daily and monthly reconciliations completed within required timescales
• Providing assistance for ad-hoc projects as & when required
• Organising Transport and creation of delivery notes.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Proven track record of being a good communicator at all levels;
• Excellent organisation skills;
• Proven ability to work under pressure;
• Familiarity with Excel is also essential.
• Have strong processing and administrative experience from a financial background
• Work well as an individual and as part of a team
• Have excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication manner, both written and verbally
• Adhere to company procedures and industry regulation
• Be passionate about helping people
