Job Title: After Sales Assistant (Part Time 3 days a week 24 hours)
Salary: 22-24 Pro-Rata
Technique Recruitment Solutions are looking for a sales administrative to achieve the Company Order Intake and Output Budgets.
The role is Part-time 24 hours a week/ 3 days but can be flexible on which days they work during the week.
This role is a hybrid working role but there will be some need to come to the office.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Logging of enquires on AX and sending enquiry acknowledgement to clients
Issuing of Spares & Repeat bundle quotations to Clients (Including requesting of quotes from Vendors)
Processing client purchase orders for all Spares, Repeat Bundles and site services
Creating BOM for spare parts, route cards and works order.
Preparation of handover email for Repeat Bundles to UK Project Department
Following up on quotation actively and potentially converting them into orders
Provide any necessary clerical and administrative supports for After Sales Department
Issue repair/ modification quotations
Creating and issuing SPIRS for document control and clients when required
Update Open Orders document for spares to help ensure the monthly output targets are achieved.
Travel arrangements for Site Engineers, included liaising with Singapore Travel Agency and booking of hotels
Issuing of Preliminary and Final Jobpacks for Site Engineers
Completing site invoicing upon return of site engineers.
Cover for any of the department staff when required.
Answering the telephone, directing the calls appropriately and taking down messages.
