Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist engineering recruiter based in Norfolk. We are working on behalf of a leading bespoke engineering manufacturer based North of Norwich employing around 200 staff. They have built an international reputation for designing, manufacturing and installing products of unsurpassed excellence and continue to be a leader in their field. They have a new opportunity for a Part time Finance Administrator to be a member of a small accounts team dealing with the processing of the purchase ledger invoices and other ad hoc tasks.
This role will be Monday to Friday and could be offered as part of full time dependant on candidate, minimum 25 hours over 5 days
Main duties will include:
- Process supplier invoices for approval.
- Liaise with budget holders and procurement to obtain approval and payment
- Liaise with suppliers regarding invoice payments and queries
- Prepare supplier statement reconciliations as and when required
- Other ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the finance function
- The role requires a person of unquestionable discretion and honesty, who can work accurately to deadlines and can organise their own work priorities.
- Must have experience of working in a similar role
- Confident Excel user
- Must possess a positive, can do approach.
- Team player who has a confident and approachable manner.
- Excellent communication skills
