HR Administrator

Technique Recruitment Solutions specialises in recruitment for manufacturing industries across East Anglia and has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join their team.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Administrate the recruitment process to advertise vacancies, log review and screen applications before passing to the relevant Manager, arrange interviews, obtain references and evidence of entitlement to work in the UK, and inform unsuccessful candidates.
Prepare documentation for new employees.
Conduct employee inductions.
Maintain and update the Personnel database with starters, leavers, reviews, benefits etc.
Prepare employee information for payroll
Prepare annual review documentation and maintain records of the recommendations arising from the completed reviews.
Respond to a wide range of enquiries relating to personnel issues in a professional manner ensuring that responses are accurate and timely
Ensure the collection, processing, storage and deletion of personal data complies with data processing regulations.
Provide assistance to the Directors
Provide general assistance, advice and HR support as required, maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity at all times
The first point of contact for the Human Resources Office Assistant.
Co-ordinating the administration workload and delegating to the Human Resources Office Assistant where applicable to ensure that all processes are followed and completed and all deadlines are met.

To assist the HR Team with:
Research information for projects such as furniture, mobile phones, etc, obtaining quotes, expenditure authorisation and ordering as required
Arrange the collection of employee data such as vehicle licence checks and DSE forms
Maintain Company property records such as company cars and mobile phones.
Maintain Health & Safety records such as First Aid, PPE, DSE and accident statistics.
Maintain and update the Admin & Personnel section of Sharepoint
Arrange training and maintain training records.
Arrange accommodation and travel for employee training.
Review the weekly attendance sheets and update the records with holidays, sickness and other absences.
Monitor stationary supplies and compile stationery orders
Arrange events
Monitor reception – answering the door, greeting visitors and ensuring they have signed in and are aware of health & safety information
Arrange visitor refreshments and lunches and maintain refreshment stocks.
Open and distribute the incoming post and frank the outgoing post. Arrange training and maintain training records.
Take minutes of Board meetings
Prepare annual review documentation and maintain records of the recommendations arising from the completed reviews.
