Recruitment Resourcer/Marketing Assistant/Payroll Administrator

Technique Recruitment are an experienced specialist recruitment company, specialising within the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors, due to continual growth and expansion within the business and a focussed growth plan heading through 2021. We are looking to add to our team.

An opportunity has arisen for a confident and ambitious individual to assist with our Marketing & Social media, weekly payroll administration and Temporary Recruitment Resourcing.

Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

  • Manage, develop and further grow an engaged audience over our social media platforms to increase brand awareness. – A working knowledge of most Social Media platforms from LinkedIn, Twitter Instagram, Facebook, along with scheduling and Ads Manager are required – Create and deliver result driven marketing campaigns to support promotional events/competition, with fresh ideas to promote and maximise the response to the job roles and opportunities that we recruit for and sectors we recruit within, looking at both the client and candidate aspect.
  • To engage with customers on Social media and direct e mail – Influencer outreach – researching, Press releases and blog posts to support our brand – To contribute to banners/advertisement and campaign ideas. The use of software like Canva or similar is beneficial- Identify opportunities to increase visibility of the brands in relevant print and online publications.
  • Weekly payroll administration to include processing of weekly timesheets, amending booking sheet, checking completed payroll against hours worked, overtime and holiday etc and payroll querie
  • You’ll screen candidates, interview them either face to face or telephone, run background checks and finally match them to our clients. You also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities. Recruitment Resoucers/Administrators are responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with our clients. Working as a resourcer you’ll attract candidates by advertising for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through leads and referrals.

Skills Required: – Marketing skills & social media awareness, having worked in a previous marketing/social media role or from a recruitment / resourcer background, with a strong passion for the marketing and recruitment aspects of the role. Someone with fresh ideas, who isn`t afraid to try a new approach to get results. Must be fully computer literate in Microsoft suite and design packages – Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong administration and organisational skills

Working hours are Monday – Friday 38.5 hours per week
