Job Title: Sales Administrator
We are working on behalf of a leading bespoke engineering manufacturer based North of Norwich employing around 200 staff. They have built an international reputation for designing, manufacturing and installing products of unsurpassed excellence and continue to be a leader in their field. They have a current opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join the “front of house” team, working closely with customers both internal and external to progress orders to despatch.

The role will involve processing customer orders, completing customer chase reports and preparing despatch documentation and arranging shipping consignments to both UK and overseas destinations. Scheduling deliveries using inhouse transportation will also be required and coordinating pool vehicles as well as any other administration duties associated with the Customer Service Department.

Working Hours – 8.00am – 4.30pm (Monday – Friday)

Lunch break 1.00pm – 1.30pm

Essential abilities

Work accurately, to deadlines and can organise their own work priorities
Confident and professional manner and capable of dealing with all personalities
Proven experience of a similar role within small/medium sized business
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess a pro-active, positive attitude
Good team player
IT skills including Excel, Word
