Technique Recruitment Solutions are a specialist Engineering Recruitment Company based in Norfolk. We are working with our client an established car dealership and servicing specialist with multiple sites across Norwich. They are looking for a Service Manager to join their Express Department Team. The ideal candidate will have experience of Fast Fit, Formular One or Quick Fit (or similar) and ideally would have worked their way up from a Technician role.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 7.30am – 6pm with 30 mins for lunch each day and then Saturdays 8-12.30 pm as the company reasonably requires (although if the team is managed well, this would be few and far between).

The job role would include;

• Management of the Express Reception
• Management of all Vehicle Technicians
• Ensuring that customers receive the best service and care, ensuring that complaints are kept to a minimum
• Understanding customer requirements and recording information accurately.
• Ensuring all sales targets and KPI’s are achieved
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the department and its equipment on an ongoing basis
• Increasing sales of products and services offered by the Company, in accordance with procedures
• Identifying any training needs for employees to progress and develop within the Company
• Working with other departments to facilitate the timely servicing and repair of vehicles
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and complies with the company, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
• Completing paperwork thoroughly, completing in advance where possible to ensure a positive customer experience
• Carrying out any other administrative tasks as required
