We’re looking for a confident, friendly and reliable Duty Manager to help us run our clients busy Christmas party season. You’ll be responsible for making sure Christmas parties and events run smoothly, supporting the team and ensuring guests have a fantastic experience.
The role includes:
- Managing the venue during Christmas parties
- Welcoming guests and looking after party organisers
- Supporting and leading the team
- Coordinating timings, entertainment and service
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has hospitality, events or supervisory experience
- Is confident leading a team
- Is organised and calm under pressure
- Has a friendly, professional attitude
- Can work evenings and weekends throughout the festive period
£15 per hour | 40 Hour Contract |Temporary Christmas contract | Norwich
