Recruitment Types
Permanent
We have many permanent job roles in well-established Manufacturing and Engineering businesses in and around Norwich. We offer entry level positions, perfect for graduates or those wanting to break into the industry, as well as highly specialised engineering positions. Visit our jobs page to see our live roles today. If you’re recruiting for a permanent vacancy, you can rest assured knowing we shortlist the best candidates for your role through a screening process and can conduct first-stage interviews if you require.
Temporary
Temporary work can be used in several ways. It can be used to replace probation periods, using a temp to perm contract or as a solution for staff emergencies, like covering staff shortages, sickness and peak season requirements. As a temp worker you can work with multiple clients of ours, creating a diverse working week that you won’t get bored of! It is a great opportunity to experience different roles within the Manufacturing and Engineering industries as well as create more of a work-life balance.
As a business, using temporary staff increases the flexibility of your workforce and the range of skills within your employees. It can be a cost-effective way to get to know employees before employing them permanently, or to manage your busy periods and events. We can supply staff for however long you need: days, weeks, or indefinitely until extra staffing is not required.
Fixed Term Contracts
We also work with clients who employ staff for specific projects or periods of time. There are end dates to these contracts, so these work well if you have future commitments.
