We’re back! We thought it was only right that we kick our new website launch off with an update of life here at Technique Recruitment Solutions. It’s been a while and wow we have a lot to tell you.
We now offer Hospitality Recruitment!
In April 2024 we expanded our recruitment services to offer Hospitality Recruitment Solutions! We were joined by an amazing Hospitality team who hit the ground running and have built great relationships with local catering and hospitality businesses.
Our Hospitality team work with a variety of clients across Norfolk and Suffolk, offering positions from Kitchen Porters and Front of House to Head Chefs and Managerial roles. Jenny, Katie and Ellie are available 7 days a week if you need Hospitality work or staff.

We are proud to announce that we are now members of 2 business growth organisations: The Norfolk Chamber of Commerce and Buy Local Norfolk.

New members of the Technique Team
Over the summer we adopted 3 new staff members into the Technique family:
Vicky – Our new Marketing Exec
Katie and Ellie – Our new Hospitality Recruitment Consultants.
Having 3 new staff begin in 2 months was a big jump up from our small team, however they have fit in seamlessly and we can’t imagine the office without them! We look forward to seeing what the future holds with Vicky, Katie and Ellie on board.

Children in Need Fundraiser
In November we cycled 100km in aid of BBC Children in Need. With our joint efforts, we completed the distance in 5 hours – not bad going hey! We also put together a hamper filled with our favourite Norfolk goodies as a raffle prize. Thank you to Bawdeswell Garden Centre, April Dace Jewellery, and Snaps by Leigha for their generous voucher donations to go in the hamper!
We managed to raise £230 for Children in Need! Thank you to everybody who donated, and well done to Andy Measures, who won the hamper!
Goodbye to Stew and Dyls
This month we are saying goodbye to our Hospitality superstars Stewart and Dylan as they embark on their adventure down under!
Dylan caught the travel bug last year in Thailand, and is leaving to continue his adventure, and Stew is relocating permanently. We will miss them and their contagious laughter that brightens up the office. Good luck guys and remember your suncream!
What’s next for Technique?
With lots of changes in the office we are excited to navigate the next coming months. . We also have plenty of networking events lined up, so stay tuned!
