Katrina founded Technique in 2012 after many years working in the financial and recruitment industries. During her career, Kat is proud to have achieved a Diploma in Recruitment Practice, to support her 20 year passion for all things recruitment! Outside of work, her crazy dog Barney and her 2 year old daughter keep Katrina on her toes; we always look forward to hearing the stories from the weekend! They brighten up our Monday.
James has over 17 years of experience in Industrial and Technical recruitment throughout Norfolk. He heads up our Temporary Division here at Technique and enjoys the fast-paced challenges that come with it! In the office, James is known for his love of food. His favourite day is Friday as he can raid the fridge to see what’s been left!
Georgia joined the team in 2022 and is our admin superstar! She is an expert at resourcing in our temp division, finding us high quality candidates and ensuring our recruitment processes is stress-free for everybody. It’s a bad day for Georgia if there is no cheese in the fridge…we always make sure it is stocked up for her!
Glen has worked in the Engineering sector for his entire career – first starting as an Engineering apprentice and progressing into Engineering recruitment 23 years ago. He specialises in Permanent Recruitment. His in-depth expertise means he can assist with a variety of roles. However, Glen is our office techno – phobe. While he can help with many things, a slow laptop or printer malfunction is not one of them.
Jenny joined the team in 2016 and is our office manager and recruitment specialist in the Engineering department. She has built fantastic relationships with candidates and clients alike. You will regularly see Jenny at our networking events, especially if they are outdoors; she is a certified sun worshipper! We often see her catching rays on her lunch break.
Jenny started life as a General and Area Manager for Wetherspoons in London. She took the jump into Hospitality recruitment in 2006 when she moved to Norwich. 18 years later, she’s still loving life in Norfolk and managing our Hospitality recruitment team. One thing Jenny couldn’t live without in the office is coffee. We’re pretty sure she is 99% caffeine.
Katie has over 15 years of experience in various hospitality positions, from waitressing, progressing to manager and finally completing her NVQ to run a kitchen as a head chef. She loves working with people and making a difference, so after having her little boy Katie decided to make the change to hospitality recruitment. He keeps her busy at home and we keep her busy at work!
Ellie discovered hospitality recruitment after spending 10 years working in the real estate industry. She loves building long-lasting client relationships and helping people achieve their goals: first it was a dream house, now it is the perfect job or a new career path. Ellie is our office chatterbox, we hear about her dog Chunkers and her naughty puppy Wilfred daily, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
