Jenny joined the team at Technique September 2016 having spent many years working firstly in the travel sector then into sales positions within advertising and then office supplies. She was excited to learn about the recruitment industry but also slightly daunted by learning the lingo of the engineering & manufacturing sectors whilst also raising her twins who had just turned 2 years old. With the help of colleagues, existing clients and candidates of Technique and of course Google she was quickly able to learn about the industry and about how many amazing products are actually manufactured on our doorstep.
She loves all elements of her job from client visits to speaking with candidates and feels great satisfaction when matching candidates with their new employers.
She regularly attends seminars and conferences to keep abreast of changes and updates to the industry and finds these genuinely interesting and updates clients with any information she feels would be of interest and useful to their business.
