Temp Of The Months
Here at Technique Recruitment Solutions, we have begun our new incentive for our Temporary Workers. So far it has been a great success with both clients and candidates getting involved.
We have had two winners this quarter: –
Our first Winner Connor Smith (pictured right) was delighted to win the inaugural “Temp of the Month” as he has been working relentlessly, saving up for a new car and driving lessons, a very well deserved winner!
Our next winner was Jacob Lytell.
Jacob’s confidence has grown immensely during his assignment and he has really impressed his managers so much so that they have decided to take him on a permanent basis.
After winning his £50 Jarrolds Voucher he stated that his partner had already got ideas of how to spend his winnings, hopefully, he got to enjoy some of the prizes for himself! Congrats Jacob.
We have seen great enthusiasm from all candidates wanting to be considered for the award, so if you have temporary workers with us please get those nominations to us to help reward their hard work and effort.
Technique’s 9 Year Birthday
To commemorate the occasion we had some specially made cupcakes made by the wonderful “Cakes by Abbie”
To help celebrate the occasion we took the cupcakes around to our long-standing clients, from the empty boxes and glowing reviews, the cupcakes went down a treat!
We are very grateful for all the lovely messages and kind words from everyone we have had the pleasure of dealing with in our 9 years.
The big 10 is up next and we expect to reach that milestone with a bang!

Legal Update: –
National Insurance increase from April 2022
From 6 April 2022 to 5 April 2023 National Insurance contributions will increase by 1.25%. This will be spent on the NHS and social care in the UK.
The increase will apply to:
Class 1 (paid by employees)
Class 4 (paid by self-employed)
secondary Class 1, 1A and 1B (paid by employers)
The increase will not apply if you are over the State Pension age.

What’s Next For Technique?
Busy times are ahead for us here at Technique.
We are currently looking at expanding the team by adding even more technical experience to the team as well as some new faces to bring some new innovative ideas.
We have also been going to local Norwich events with James heading to the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce B2B event and enjoying himself a burger from the Zaks van.
We are also heading out to both the Norwich and Great Yarmouth Job Fairs events to showcase the variety of jobs we are recruiting for and to network with some great new clients.
At the end of November, we will be going to cheer on the Canaries as part of our Christmas due with their fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers. Hopefully, we can witness a great result and for them to start their turnaround and begin to stay in the Premier League.
